It's now 2023 and I can't believe it's 7yrs since you left - I think about you every day and I talk about you to others as often as I can because to me you are my daughter whether or not you're here. Just writing this brings to the fore the deepest pain inside that is difficult to describe. I love you so much and I am so grateful for the wonderful times we shared -I remember that lovely holiday in North Devon just a few weeks before you departed - oh my goodness, did we laugh!! I frequently see photos on the pc of that amazing coastal path walk we did - you laughing at me most of the time as I struggled along!! I just loved being with you and I know how much you loved being with me. For all these things I thank you and will be forever grateful.

Well here we are two years on - I'm not sure how I managed to get through 2 days let alone 2 years! I miss you every moment of every day my darling and still find it so hard to imagine that I won't see you again. I hang onto the knowledge that you don't know you're not here anymore and therefore are not suffering the terrible pain of loss, that thought helps me through. Mum

A beautiful, intelligent, loving, generous and caring daughter and friend. The bond of love we shared is immeasurable and although you are no longer here with me as we were, you are still here so very much in my thoughts. Thoughts of the wonderful times we spent together are as clear in my memory as it is possible to be, the funny moments that made us laugh, you’re wicked sense of humour, these memories will keep me strong until the time comes when we can be together again.
